Ringtone on VIBER Closed

Hello,

I installed VIBER on my iPhone. It works perfectly, but the problem is that it doesn't ring when someone calls me. No vibration or ringtone.

Is there a way to adjust the ringtone?

Good evening, on my end it rings, but I would like to know if it's possible to change the ringtone because the default one is not great.

I've got the same problem :/ but when I open the Viber app page, I do receive calls correctly :(

Hello, I just saw this topic, yes 1 year later but it might help those who will consult it later! The answer for some will be in the settings, notifications, you need to check (for Apple devices) "notification center", "sounds" and "on the lock screen". It’s always better to check everything ;)

Go to settings, notifications, look in the list of applications, click on Viber and you'll see, you'll know what to do next.
