Viber Problem Solved/Closed

Hello,
About 3 months ago, I had a Samsung Galaxy Young phone, I downloaded the "Viber" app without any problems, unfortunately that phone stopped working, so I bought another Galaxy Young, downloaded Viber again, then I entered my number after it asked me, the problem is that I do not receive any SMS with the code, I don't understand why. After 1 minute, they write to me: "Did the SMS with the code not arrive? We will call you to give you the code." I pressed the "Press here to be called" button, then on "Get Code" and that’s when they told me: The phone number you entered could not be associated with a Viber account. Download the latest version of Viber and enter your phone number again. An access code will be sent to you by SMS. I even tried to download that version but it is only compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod.
Please help me, I really need this app! :(

I also had the same problem with the confirmation code. Well, I tried to register Viber with another number and I received the confirmation code. I validated everything, then I deleted all the data without uninstalling Viber and I dialed my number again and I receive the code.

hi,  I had this problem too. But it eventually worked thanks to a wifi connection (it was crashing on 3G).  Besides, I encourage you to try Tango (video call as well)

J'avais un Samsung Note 2 qui s'est cassé, j'ai remplacé et j'ai créé un autre Viber. Maintenant, j'ai réparé mon Note 2 et j'ai installé à nouveau Viber, mais ça ne marche pas.

I just had the same issue with the code to activate Viber, I contacted them by email and they replied instantly. I followed the steps they asked me to, waited 24 hours, and when I tried again, I still hadn't received the code. So I told them that I hadn't received anything. A few minutes later, a Viber representative called me and helped me get the code, and now it works; really, Viber's service is very efficient and fast. I recommend you do the same.
