Question

Hello, I bought a computer (the tower and everything) with integrated WiFi, but unfortunately it doesn't work. So I bought a USB adapter that would allow me to have WiFi and once again it doesn't work. The device I'm using is as mentioned in the title, a kind of small USB stick and it's a Realtek 11n USB wireless LAN utility.
A little help please

Hello,  You need to tell us what's not working?  Brand and model of the PC? Under which operating system?  A+ --  It's difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room, especially when it's not there.

Hello everyone,
I have pretty much the same problem.
I recently switched my desktop computer to wifi in order to move it and leave the livebox near the TV.
I connected a Realtek 11n USB wireless LAN utility wifi key.
At first, no issues, but strangely since the Orange outage a little while ago, I've been regularly losing my wifi connection, but only through this key, as my other wifi devices work fine.
I put the livebox back near the computer, but it's still the same.
For your information, I'm running Win 7 Pro 64 bits and I have a Livebox 2 SAGEMCOM.
The driver for the key is installed correctly, but still, I have 2 icons in my taskbar, one icon corresponding to the signal from the software managing the Realtek key and another icon corresponding to the Windows wireless internet connection... is that normal???
I checked the settings in the livebox and I'm on the right channel on both sides...
It's really annoying to surf the net and suddenly nothing, the Windows wifi signal icon changes and there's a yellow triangle with an exclamation point telling me there's no connection.
When that happens, I have 2 options: either disconnect/reconnect via the Windows wifi icon because it detects my box, or I don’t have time to do the action and the signal comes back by itself...
This post is old, so I hope I can still get some information.
