Question

Bonjour, 


je viens de récupérer mon laptop de chez un prestataire avec pignon sur nue.
J'ai dû faire sauter mon code administateur (emprunte digitale).

Ma machine m'annonce qu'il me manque le fichier PSa54_2247.exe.

Qui peux m'aider à comprendre ce que cela signifie?

Salut, 

chez un prestataire avec pignon sur nue.  

J'aurai préféré une prestataire dans ce cas. 

J'ai jamais fait appel à un prestataire, mais comment peux-t-on rendre un PC qui affiche des messages d'erreur et se faire payer ?! 


Fais ça :

- Télécharge HiJackThis de Merijn sur ton bureau.
- Double-clic sur HijackThis
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller

Relance HijackThis et coche cette ligne :

--> clic sur fix checked

Redémarre l'ordinateur.

Tu dois plus avoir le message d''erreur

Eventuellement supprime ce dossier s'il existe : C:\ProgramData\a54180

pis fait ça :

* Sur Internet Explorer : Relancez Internet Explorer
* Cliquez sur le menu Outils puis Options Internet
* Allez dans l'onglet Connexions
* En bas cliquez sur Paramètres Réseaux
* Décochez en bas l'utilisation du proxy s'il est coché.

Fais plus attention à l'avenir....

Maintiens tes logiciel à jour c'est important, utilise ce programme : /faq/13362-mettre-a-jour-son-pc-contre-les-failles-de-securite
Absolument à faire.

Les antivirus ne font pas tout en ce qui concerne la sécurité de ta machine (mettre à jour ses logiciels etc etc)
La meilleur protection reste de connaître les infections pour pouvoir les éviter et avoir de bonne habitude.
Donc faut se documenter.
