Unable to print in portrait

Hello,
Here, I am creating a portrait document, and when I want to print it, it asks me if I want to start the print job by showing me a print preview, and there my document is in landscape mode on half a page. I've tried everything within my knowledge to fix this issue, but nothing works.

Can you explain to me how to do this?

    Well, I tried all the settings in Word, but still nothing.
    Then, it's an HP Deskjet 4200, and I haven't tried reinstalling the driver, but I think I'm just going to reinstall it.
