Officelr.cab office 2010 not found

Hello,
I'm trying to install Office 2010 on my DELL Inspiron 1545 with Windows 7 64-bit, but at the start of the installation it asks for the file "officelr.cab" and the file is missing
I tried on another PC, and the installation goes normally without any problem,
I really don't understand why it doesn't work,
and what should I do

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.3

    Hello,

    You might have had another version of Office on your PC before?

    If so, see here: https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/290301

    1) Download the Microsoft fix-it (at the end of the page) regarding the older version
    2) Run it so that it removes all traces of that version
    3) Try the installation again.

    How did you get your Office version?

    Otherwise, I would recommend downloading a new version: http://www2.buyoffice.microsoft.com/emea1/default.aspx?country_id=FR
    and see if the symptom reproduces.

    Hello, well I just found a solution to my problem,
    I reinstalled Win7 and reinstalled Office 2010 Pro Plus, and the installation went well, impeccable
    I am very happy finally

    Hello, we often think that the failure comes from the DVD engraving, but in most cases the problem is the DVD player and the "defective reading head" jumping the head due to too much vibration of the DVD player during software installation. Try with another DVD player; often the problem is resolved.
