Hello,
When I log into the site, a message appears: "Oops, our supermarket is currently closed"
I can no longer access the site... this has been lasting for about 2 weeks.

Can anyone explain where this comes from?

same for me... same error message... I recently talked to a fool and it's since then that I can't connect anymore... it might just be a coincidence but I still find that strange...
that said, are there any solutions because it's really annoying...

Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer, but I’ve been experiencing the exact same problem as you for about 15 days as well!
I've contacted the site about this but haven’t received a response from them.
I noticed that it’s not the same for my friends, so I realized that I can’t connect from home only elsewhere it works perfectly. I’m using a Livebox from Orange, what about you?

If anyone has an answer... please, it's crucial for the end of our single status lol

Hello, same for me! It's not working from my place anymore! I still managed to delete my old account and create a new one where I could log in for just 1 day, no response from them, it's becoming annoying. I have a Neuf box on my end, so apparently it has nothing to do with that. If someone knows, please keep us updated!

I have the same problem; it's becoming very frustrating not to have a response. I haven't been home for about a week. Could it be the place from which we are connecting? Or is it that the site allows itself to delete our profiles? I've noticed that I'm reaching the end of the points that we accumulate with charms and everything. Maybe that has something to do with it too? I DON'T KNOW! :(

Yes, it’s been almost a month and a half that I’ve been struggling to connect as well, I don’t understand either, my friends don’t have this issue, and when I’m at their place it works perfectly too, there are periods when it works a little better, it’s frankly strange, and frustrating, especially when we're waiting for emails, of course.;;; Anyway, no visible solutions to fix it!!! So if anyone has an explanation, that would be great

I know this topic is old ^^', but does anyone know if the site is having issues right now?!

It's been a year since I last went there and when I reconnected to my account, my menu, the buttons no longer worked, so much so that I had to disable it. However, now trying to make a new one is super tricky!
