USB port that disables and re-enables

Question

Good evening everyone, I have a very annoying issue
My USB ports seem to disable and re-enable quite often, because for example my mouse is lit up (blue light) and we hear the Windows sound as if I had disconnected it, and it reconnects by itself with the same sound
It happens quite often, sometimes it happens repeatedly and also on the USB port right next to it (I have 3)
On the other port, it's my 3G key that is most often connected, so I have the same issue but it's more annoying because it disconnects me every time!
What should I do? Where is it coming from?

Additionally, something strange is yesterday I watched a movie with my hard drive connected to one of these two ports, and there was no problem
On the 3rd port, which is on the other side of the laptop, my USB antenna is connected with no apparent bugs, but with my mouse or my key, it happens!

Sure, without a doubt an Acer can compete with another PC... like a Toshiba (I have a Toshiba Qosmio myself). I can run two or three games simultaneously or resource-demanding programs (like Adobe Photoshop and the like) without any issues, so I haven't been disappointed. But the USB port issue, if it's really the motherboard, is suspicious...

I should mention it has "visited" Afghanistan on deployment, and over there it has accumulated quite a bit of dust, so...

And Arbisa, yes, but changing PCs every time isn't a very economical solution lol

Edwards, if your message were addressed to me, it doesn't make any abnormal noise, just the same Windows sound signal of connecting or disconnecting a component, such as a mouse or USB key.

I bought a new computer and I've had the same issue already three times in less than an hour, once the 3G key was alone, and twice with the mouse, the mouse disconnected followed by the key

It's not normal... especially since the 3G key is new, I bought it less than a week ago because I broke the old one.

Your USB key and mouse connect and disconnect on your new PC just like on your old one. A third test on another PC will confirm it. Do as I advised: insert the USB key and move it a bit to see if there's a poor connection. Normally, if the connector is okay, nothing should happen even with slight movement. If it disconnects, there’s an issue. The same applies to the mouse.

Currently, the mouse has no issues and I have an external hard drive that has been copying for 30 minutes already without any problems

So the 3G key is surely the cause of all this...

I tested another 3G key, well the one from my colleague, he has the same as mine, and I had the same issue

While he doesn't seem to have any problems on his PC, I never see him getting angry about this reason lol
