Hello,
I would like to know how to reset the counters of an HP 364 printer.
I refill my cartridges myself, but it doesn't work with the chip system.

Hello, I had the same problem and the reset doesn't help because your printer is continuously connected to HP support if you have it on Wi-Fi. There is only one thing to do, which is to reprogram the chips with a reprogrammer that you can find online for between €20 and €30.
