Brighter zone on LED TV

Hello,

Configuration: Mac OS X / Firefox 3.6.13

I bought a Samsung LED TV 94cm last week. Everything is great, except for one detail that is bothering me: one corner is brighter than the others, which makes the blacks less deep in that area and slightly bluish.
It's not a FULL LED, but since I'm not knowledgeable about this, I don't know if it's normal or if I can claim the warranty.
Does anyone know?
Thanks!

    Good evening
a corner or everything on one side? a photo would be better
anyway on Samsung TVs everything that is black is blue even in the axis and that's normal, they know how to reproduce black.

    Hello
you would need a calibration test card with the "white screen" option to test your claims. Still, make reservations with your customer service; your new device under warranty certainly has a defect that would require a simple replacement because it is internal to the panel which cannot be disassembled (backlighting)
    don’t delay

    Thank you for your responses.

Here, I took a photo to illustrate what I have. Well, it's to be taken with caution, it's just a photo, but you can clearly see a brighter area on the left side.

Do you think this deserves a warranty return, or is it normal?
I remind you that it's not a FULL LED, but a simple LED (so no light distributed over the entire panel).
    Thank you!

      Good evening
no TV with an LED, either FULL LED around the screen or direct LED with a carpet of LEDs behind the panel
you noticed it like in the photo or while watching TV
anyway, it's not normal but you should have returned it right away for an exchange.

No, I saw it while watching TV, especially at startup when the screen is black for a few moments. While watching a movie, it's not visible; it's only in the dark scenes.
At first, it didn't really worry me too much, but now I am a bit concerned ;)
Indeed, I should have returned it right away, but I bought it 2/3 weeks ago now, and in any case, it is still under warranty. Will it still work?

Thank you for the software, but it's a TV, I can't run .exe on it :(

    Good evening
like any good Samsung TV, this device has a problem
to be returned to the store for an exchange
(and especially not a so-called repair that will never be carried out)
before the exchange, note the serial number on the label attached to the device

I'm going to check in the store. Thank you for the tip about the serial number. Do you have any advice for demanding an exchange instead of a repair? (I'm afraid the seller will tell me that an exchange isn't possible).

On Boulanger.fr, picked up and paid for at the nearest store to my home, 1 week before Christmas.

It has been more than 15 days
Always arriving yelling yes I bought a new device that cost me so much and it's already malfunctioning (SAY THAT IT JUST ARRIVED AND THAT IT WASN'T DOING THIS WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT) and if it doesn't work, ask for a manager
In any case, the TV will be sent back to Samsung; they will change the panel and sell it again with a discount as a demonstration TV
And if I were you, I would choose another brand.

You go back to the store where you got it and explain the problem to them.
