Cookie Issues with Facebook

Hello,
Here is my problem, I have been a Facebook user for over a year and today I can't log into my account. Indeed, I go to: www.facebook.fr, I enter my credentials (without checking the box to keep my session open) and then I arrive at a page that says: This is probably not the site you are looking for!
You have attempted to access login.facebook.fr, but instead, you are currently communicating with a server identified as www.facebook.com. This may be due to a server configuration error or something more serious. A hacker on your network may be trying to make you visit a phony version of login.facebook.fr, which could be potentially harmful. We strongly advise against continuing.
.
And when I click on continue anyway, it tells me:

Your web browser does not accept cookies. You need to change this option in your security settings before continuing.
.

So since this morning I have been scouring the forums trying to find an answer. I read on several forums to go change my internet options in my web browser as well as in the configurations of my computer, but nothing works. The strangest part is that I used Facebook last night and there were no problems. And yet I haven’t changed anything regarding cookies or anything else.

Moreover, I have 3 web browsers including Firefox, Google Chrome & Internet Explorer but none work..
Despite this, someone I know can log into my account from their own computer. So what could be wrong with mine please? I am desperate..
Thank you for your help

Best regards.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Same for me. But if you log in with facebook.com instead of .fr it works.
