[WORD] Footer Issue Solved

Question

Hello,  I have a problem regarding the layout of a text in Word with the footer. I would like to know if it is possible to reduce the size of the footer, i.e., the space between the page number and the bottom of the page.  When I go to Page Layout in Word and reduce the bottom margin to 0, there still remains a significant space when printed between the page number and the bottom of the page; it's this space that I would like to decrease, if possible. I examine your file by displaying the layout symbols (for that I click on the Home/Paragraph/¶ button): I notice that the footer is 3 cm from the bottom edge of the sheet and that after the "Page" field there is a paragraph break ¶ I delete this paragraph break and immediately the footer drops to 2.2 cm from the edge! I right-click on the "Page" field and select "Paragraph"; I see that the "After" spacing is 10 pt and that there is a multiple line spacing of 1.15 lines. By setting the line spacing to single (i.e. 1 line), the footer drops slightly (to 2 cm). By setting the "After" spacing to 0 pt, the footer drops again to 1.75 cm. This represents the height occupied by the footer, and you have no margin below...  I advise you to leave it at that. Indeed, if you interfere with the vertical ruler (on the left of the sheet, as long as in the display settings you have checked Show/Hide/ Ruler) to further reduce the margin height, you risk not getting the page numbers printed (this varies according to the printer used).  Similarly, you have a top margin of 1.3 cm and a header height of 0.8 cm; you should not decrease those either! The side margins of 0.6 cm are also really very small; the standard is 2.5 cm!
