Registry Editing has been disabled

Hello,

I’m having issues with my Windows. When I do "Start --> Run --> regedit: Enter", I receive an error message: "Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator."
The thing is, I am the only administrator on my machine and I haven't disabled anything.

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.0.19

The status of this policy was set to "not configured", if so the problem does not come from there.
We can therefore think of a virus.
Download hijackthis and give us the report
To download it go here:

With "notepad" (start, run, type notepad then ok) create this file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\RegEdt32\Settings]
"Left"="22"
"Top"="29"
"Width"="1065"
"Height"="629"
"AutoRefresh"="1"
"ReadOnly"="0"
"ConfirmOnDelete"="1"
"SaveSettings"="1"
"Registry"="__Local_Computer"

Save it as fixreg.reg and run it.

Thank you
Philippe
