    Hello.
    It's simple.
    We must hope that the system backup is enabled.
    Restore the system files and the registry,
    (The documents will not be affected)
    And everything should go back to normal.
    Press the Windows and R keys
    Then type rstrui.exe
    Then choose a restore date prior to the issue.
