Hello,
for some time now I have Google Chrome appearing on top of my windows and I would like to disable this feature, is there a way to do that?

I'm bringing up the topic a bit, but for those who prefer to keep their browsing data, personally I encountered this problem while watching a video in full screen. I used Alt+Tab during the video and since then, chrome kept appearing above all other windows and applications.
The problem was resolved for me by reopening the same player (which was the default jwplayer on anime-ultime.net) and then exiting it normally by clicking on the icon at the bottom right using the mouse.
The fact that clearing browsing data resolves the issue could be due to the player data being stored in the cache (just a guess).
Manually disabling full screen should therefore solve the problem without having to clear anything.

It's a bit of an old topic, but having had the same issue, here’s what I did, and since then it's gone back to normal:
Clear browsing data in: wrench => tools => clear browsing data. -
