Google Chrome Home Page opens on chrome://newtab

Hello,

when I open Chrome on my Windows 11 PC, on my user account, I no longer land on Google but on chrome://newtab.

I have set Google as my default search engine.

I have set it to open on a specific page with the URL of Google.

I have set Chrome as the default browser.

I have configured everything to make Google appear, but nothing works.

On the administrator account, I have no problem.

Does anyone have the solution????
