I had the same problem on XP SP3; I found the solution with the SilverCrest VG 2010 acquisition key. There was an issue with the driver that couldn't find the system file "taskkill.exe" under XP. The solution is to uninstall the driver with the CD provided with the hardware and download the new driver file setup.exe from the supplier's website, Targa. This file is "setup.zip". After downloading this file, you reinstall it on the system, and everything works fine, no more problems. The PAL and SECAM standards are configured correctly and in color, perfect. The sound and video must be configured on the "AF9035 HB" driver; that's the designation of this key's driver. Happy copying everyone.
The download link for the new driver:

Look in the manual mode p10 for the instructions
but to get the sound you have to record it, but if you watch it on the computer there won't be any sound. -
I have a Silvercrest USB video grabber VG 2010 but I don't have the installation CD with the drivers. Does anyone know where I can find them? I tried going to the website http://service.targa.co.uk/dokumente/setup.zip but unfortunately, the file no longer exists.
Thank you in advance.
