Hi everyone, I got banned from chatroulette.com again, still not for anything pornographic but just for posting an image with insults. It's really starting to get on my nerves to be banned for nearly nothing, while there are guys doing their thing, I get kicked for trivial reasons!

Anyway, no big deal, here's the trick: unplug the power cable from your box for about 1 or 2 minutes (30 seconds is enough but it's better to wait a little longer). Plug it back in and it works, you get a new IP address.

I am banned as well and if I'm talking about the box it's because I've tried using proxies and now I'm in a hotel on Wi-Fi and it's the same.

Since I've dealt with something somewhat similar before where I found the solution, I did some research
well yes, the sites and especially those in Flash send files to your PC e.g., cookies but also swf or sol files (for my game it was a sol file that prevented me from voting multiple times but once deleted I could start over)

so I cleared my Internet Explorer cache, did a search for "chatroulette" on my PC and deleted everything I found.

but nothing worked, I think there's a file but it doesn't have chatroulette in the filename or folder.

It would be good if someone who is banned did a search indicating the date and time of the file modification and searched *.* in all the folders

if it's a file we should be able to find it that way

for my game it was on orangina but in my files it was (www.naturellementpulpeuse.com\skins) that contained the *.sol file

I can assure you that when I unplug the power cord of my box and the ethernet cable from my PC for 2 minutes, I can return to chatroulette without any problem.

I will clarify a few points that you need, I was also banned for nothing and while searching how long we get banned I stumbled upon here, so first of all you are absolutely at no risk of legal action even if you showed your b*lls. The trick of unplugging the modem only works for those who have a dynamic IP, meaning being with Orange or SFR as an internet provider for the French, the other providers like Free, Alice etc will have to wait (I don't know the delay yet).

Because before, there was indeed a button to make a report but it doesn't seem to be there now; we are not going to send an email (unless we can provide the correct identification info).

Note: There is a bug with Flash because Firefox crashes every 10 minutes or so on chat roulette and other websites as well; especially when using a webcam but not only.
