j'ai chopé des cochonneries et notamment trojan
je n'ai plus internet et bien sûr plus de messagerie (outlook)
sur les propriété internet :
serveur introuvable
protocole inconnu
connexion non cryptée

telecharge Hijack this ci dessous, installe le dans son propre dossier, choisis l'option 1, puis copie et colle le rapprot ici:
