Bonjour à tous,
Je vais prendre un abonnement.... après avoir passé des heures à supprimer winfixer (merci Jean38) et fait un grand nettoyage dans l'ordi... ça recommence : malgré mon interdiction formelle, mon fils a téléchargé kazaa cette nuit.... et ce matin c'est la "m....." fenêtres intempestives de pub qui s'ouvrent... dossier rxtoolbar... malveillant!
Bon comme j'ai déjà donné j'ai effectué les premières manips comme une grande ! clean up, scan avast au démarrage, suprimé kazaa via panneau conf... mais est toujours présent dans program files... donc je poste un hijacthis pour voir si quelqu'un peut m'aider à faire le ménage....
Après je vérouille l'ordi...

Salut,
Tu peux déjà supprimer le répertoire Kazaa manuellement dans program files.
Ensuite installe Spybot Search &Destroy et fais le tourner pour supprimer les spywares.

Si tu n'arrives pas à les supprime que tu as message qui te dit que le processus est utilisé fait ceci:
redemarre ton pc, tapoes la touche f8, choisis le mode sans echec, retourne dans program files et supprime les deux dossiers.
Puis fait un scan avec t'es anti-spyware si tu as, si tuas pas telecharge ci dessous puis ensuite remet un rapport hijack.

J'ai lancé le programme... (déjà téléchargé la fois précédente)... mais rencontre un problème lors de la "destruction" des fichers (48 trouvés) : le programme se bloque... j'ai envoyé le rapport d'erreur et microsoft me répond que le problème existe et n'est pas résolu.... me recommande de contacter le site....
Dans un premier temps.... je tente une nouvelle fois.... et te tiens au courant

Et puis.... puique j'y suis... une idée peut-être saugrenue pour éviter le téléchargement de Kazaa sans user d'un autoritarisme "primaire" vis à vis de mon fiston :
si je tente de télécharger kazaa moi même... je suppose que Zone alarme va m'informer de la tentative d'intrusion.... et si à ce moment là je dis à zona alarme de refuser et de retenir l'interdiction.... Ca peut marcher ? comme ça finit kazaa... Définitivement débarassé de cette "m...." ? dites-moi.....

bon... je fais tout ce que tu m'as demandé.... suis en train de fixer les lignes..... Pour Kazaa et mon idée saugrenue : c'est tout bête : la nuit je dors enfin j'essaie.... et mon ados de fils surfe.... et télécharge.... (cela dit en passant un de ces copains a vu les gendarmes débarquer chez lui à 6 h. du mat!, et saisir son matériel info!) donc moi je passe mes journées à me débarasser de Kazaa et lui ses nuits à le técécharger..... tu vois déjà le serpent qui se mord la queue!!!! donc j'ai deux solutions :
1 je vérouille l'ordi avec un mot de passe et lui interdit donc l'accès... mais je te dis pas l'ambiance à la maison!
2 je vérouille le téléchargement futur mais assuré de Kazaa en essayant de le faire bloquer définitivement via zone alarme....
Lorsque nous avons eu l'ordi, j'avais utilisé les options pripriétaire, invités.. proposées par XP.... mais c'était ingérable : les enfants n'avaient plus accès à internet et tout et tout.... donc nous avons abandonné et utilisons XP comme nous le faisions avec Win 98.... c'est peut-être idiot car je suis sûre qu'en se répartissant mieux l'ordi on éviterait toutes ses infections.....
Pourtant ce forum est devenu un peu mon livre de chevet.... c'est vrai, il est passionnant... mais j'ai mes limites!!! (avec l'âge les neurones.....)
J'aurai besoin d'un bon "tutorial" pour me perfectionner....
Bon allez je fais toutes les manips... et te tiens au courant...

Le seul moyen c'est de lui bloqué l'ordi le soir certes car si probléme il y arrive c'est tio qui prendra puis kazaa c'est un nids à virus et ton ordi etait pas mal remplit de salopries ça vient certainement de là.
Il faudrait savoir si en lui creant un compte utilisateur sous xp s'il lui est encore possible d'installer des logiciels comme kazaa mais ça je ne sais pas je vais me renseigné et te tiendrais au courant ..
comme ça si le soir il surf il ne pourra plus (enfin peut etre) installer de logiciel sur la session que vous lui aurait créer :)

tu peux fixer cette ligne:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\system32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
Puis recherche ce fichier supprime le:
Networking.exe
ensuite clique sur demarrer, executer, tape msconfig, dans l'onglet demarrage supprime la ligne nommé au dessus.
Puis fait un scan anti-virus en ligne j'ai l'impression qu'il reste quelques intrus.
Bitdefender:(attention tu dois acepter l'active x qui est bloqué par la barre anti popup du sp2, regarde dans le haut elle clignotera)

J'ai supprimé Networking.exe (en passant par la fonction rechercher....
pour le reste dans exécuter... msconfig... démarrage... j'ai pas trouvé!!! mais au fait, quelle est la ligne nommée au dessus : Networking.exe ?

PS bonjour Regis59.... justement j'hésitais à intervenir.... me suis beaucoup balladé sur le forum ces derniers jours et suis allée sur tes conseils (enfin ceux que tu as donné à Marie Christine) sur le site de sebsauvage.... avais une question concernant le paramétrage de la free comme routeur..... et aussi voir liste HOST dans
c/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts à ouvrir avec notePad
Page à lire absolument sur le fichier host:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
pour modifier fichier host voir dans SpybotS&D à le débloquer ou dans la config du firewall, par ex sur ZoneAlarm (onglet firewall/main Advanced et là décocher lock host file)
et là dans ce fichier host ajouter la ligne 127.0.0.0 KAZAA.COM

ben j'sais bien que c'est plein de questions dans différents domaines.... mais faut reconnaître que c'est justement parcequ'on ne maîtrise pas bien toute cette technologie.... que notre ordi est une véritable porte ouverte à toutes infections (au pluriel exprès!)... c'est grave... mais je me soigne!!!! je vais régulièrement glaner des infos sur le site.... suis d'un naturel plutôt curieux.... mais j'ai des limites..... je les accepte..... mais avant tout j'aime bien comprendre et e qui m'agace avec l'informatique ou plutôt les ordinateurs... c'est qu'ils ont l'air bien plus forts que moi.... grrrrr.... ça m'fait rager......
En tout cas merci.... pour clean up.... j'ai et j'ai effectué.... en fait je le fais une fois par semaine.....
Depuis Winfixer... je me suis consitué un dossier bien nommé "sécurité" et ai installé tous ces petits "gentils" logiciels que je réveille de temps en temps (Clean up, a2free, spybot, ad-aware... j'ai aussi killbox et Hjackthis pour les gros coups durs!!!) Il est installé sur le bureau!!!!! bien au chaud mais aussi bien en vue au cas où..... comme aujourd'hui par exemple.....
Allez.... bien à toi.... Au fait, mon grand père fut à ses heures "forgeron"! si, si, c'est vrai! c'était sa passion et il pratiquait pour son plaisir et a de jolies réalisations à son actif!!!!
