Writing in Arabic in Flash and Photoshop

Question

Good evening,

I want to create flash documents (mx) and photoshop (cs) with Arabic text.
I have the Windows settings to write it. Indeed, I have no problem with Word, MSN...
But in Photoshop, when I type, the letters do not connect and are written from left to right.
In Flash, when I type everything is correct; but when exiting the occurrence, the letters are reversed and unconnected.

How can I fix this?

hello copy these fonts to C:\WINDOWS\FONTS and run Al-Rassam -- seek and you shall find

Hello everyone, I had the same problem as most of you, I’m obviously talking about writing in Arabic in Photoshop. I thought it could be done just with the program, but it wasn't.

Hello everyone; thank you for this topic and I also have the same problem with writing in Arabic on Flash and Director; I tried elRassam and it works but not for a paragraph; I have to type everything and I have paragraphs on Word and when I copy/paste it doesn't work; for Photoshop I use the Millennium version and I have no problem writing in Arabic either with version 7 or with the CS;
I have another problem with switchMax I need to write an Arabic text with the 'typewriter' effect; but the problem is that the animation starts from left to right; can someone help me and thanks in advance

Hello everyone: This is LYCOSA To write in Flash CS3. 1- Lander Al Rassam Al Arabi, then Flash 2- Write a sentence directly in Flash 3- Choose "Use device fonts 4- Execute to see the result.  For your information: --------------- Don't worry if the writing goes back to left to right when you leave the instance. It's in the SWF that you will see the result you want.. Good luck

To write in Arabic on Photoshop (the Adobe range in general), use the following site:

Paste your text and convert it, then copy and paste it into Photoshop.

hi so here the problem is solved with some software that have the capability to introduce the Arabic language into all the software that do not support this language, and you can find these software online - abouRachid - arrassam each of these software has its own fonts how to do it? just simply add the fonts that come with this software into the system fonts then you open "abourachid" you write in Arabic, you choose one of its fonts and then you take a copy you go to "flash" or any software that does not support the Arabic language you paste the copy and there you have to choose one of the fonts from "abourachid" and that’s it, it’s done I hope it's good like this for a start but God willing the Adobe company will find us a solution
