This site is awful. The merchandise doesn't always arrive, and when it does, it's late and damaged. !!! The customer service is disastrous. It's better to pay more somewhere else!!

It's not more expensive elsewhere; the same fridge at Electro Depot is 25 euros more, which equals the shipping costs from Cdiscount, which are 32 euros more in shipping fees, so it's more expensive at Cdiscount.

Cdiscount had the audacity to pay for a subscription to Cdiscount Unlimited that I didn't request, using PayPal without my consent: on the phone (with an unpleasant representative), it seemed that I didn't know how to use a computer... I raised my voice and expressed my feelings about this dishonest practice. Shortly after, I received an email announcing a refund for the subscription: don't let yourself be taken advantage of!

WARNING CDISCOUNT INSURANCE SCAM!
I am outraged by the behavior of this insurance. When I moved the oven I had ordered (DE DIETRICH) to set it up, the glass shattered (maybe a defect?). I therefore reported the claim, and the insurance refuses to cover it. The reason given: I did not break it! Incredible but true. To simplify, if I receive an oven that breaks at the slightest contact, I am not covered; if I drop it from the third floor... maybe... A blatant theft! As a loyal customer of this store, I am more than astonished to see such behavior. It is true that the welcome message on the insurance company’s (SPB) phone line is quite clear, even suspicious, as it informs you upfront that you should remain courteous during the conversation... It seems to me that with such behaviors, many customers must get upset... Run away!

It is well known that SPB (and other so-called 'insurances' of the same type..) do not cover anything.. There is always an exclusion that prevents the claim from being handled.. For phones, it's even worse..

Conclusion: these 'insurances' that cover NOTHING are useless..

Cdiscount has deducted €449 from my account for a canceled order, without my authorization!!!! The customer service hangs up on me!!!!
Run away!!! Do not pay by credit card at all; they deduct money indiscriminately without authorization while keeping your bank details, even though I hadn't registered them.
Terrible customer service!!! Shameful.... I'm talking to robots!!!!

Jepide Cdiscount "sold" me without my consent, Cdiscount at will since then I've been saying I don't want it, I'm getting ready to take it to 60 million to settle the matter. I used to order from them but unfortunately, I think I'm going to go back to Amazon.
The cards of this kind are common at Casino, the owner.
If Cdiscount responds, they should explain to me how to contact them... no email address.

Charged €29 for Cdiscount at will against my will, impossible to get a refund, despite packages always delivered under the same conditions at a relay point and not at home. A commercial gesture of €10 was supposed to be made, I am still waiting for it.
2 packages never received, refunded only after a PayPal claim.
After this inconvenience, Cdiscount asked "advantage Macif" to remove about €8 discount on orders that I supposedly canceled, when I actually received and paid for them.
Enough is enough, everything has its limits; I am waiting for a commercial gesture before making my purchases on foreign sites. It's a shame it has come to this.
Non-premium phone number for complaints to Cdiscount, communicated on Que Choisir: 09 70 80 90 50 otherwise it might cost you several dozen euros.

Cdiscount practices aggressive pricing like many others. On vacation, therefore less on my guard, I was tempted by an offer on the Galaxy Note 20 listed at €599. I ordered 2.
I go to the pick-up point and that's where the problems start...
I've got the two phone boxes in the carton, except one is empty. I was smart to open it in front of the pick-up person.
I call Cdiscount who tells me they will refund me after various searches and requests for a sworn statement. OK normal, this rather "healthy" call means I order the 2nd phone not received for my gift (when I say I’m naïve on vacation...).
I receive my refund a few days later and it’s a big surprise. Cdiscount refunds me €289 out of the €599 I spent on the phone. At first, I think it’s just a simple mistake and I contact them. In fact, I step into another world where common sense is banned and where everything is set up to disgust you. The person I have on the phone explains to me that I benefited from a €620 discount on my order. That the phone was initially worth
€909 and that therefore €909-€620 = €289... a simplistic but above all stupid calculation. I benefited from a €620 discount because I bought TWO phones, so the phone that was worth €909 - €310 (discount) = €599. This matches the price I paid. And it's impossible to make Cdiscount understand that I paid 2 times €599 and that therefore they must refund me €599 and not €289. They remain in their world deducting all of the discounts received. Incredible such bad faith!
In fact, if I had bought 3 phones, I would owe them money!!
Cdiscount has unacceptable behavior. If they are not thieves, they certainly imitate them well.
Do as you see fit, but the more discount you get, the more you risk losing big if a problem arises...
And when I think that I ordered the phone from them. I was lucky with this 2nd order, it arrived with its box.
I forget... of course, you are told that a manager will call you, which never happens. You receive emails saying the same thing, to which it is impossible to reply. The email address is, in fact, “donotreply@...".
They certainly don’t want to be bothered by customers...

Cdiscount is not a serious site! I have encountered 2 problems with them:
1) A phone paid for over €600 that has never worked and impossible to get a refund. They keep passing us back and forth between the actual seller of the item and the claims service
2) I just bought a product whose delivery is not at all in accordance with the order. The "claims" service is equally ineffective, and if you insist a bit too much, you get blocked by the so-called advisors who are actually just there to sell!
Absolutely to be avoided!!!!

Heartless people who only care about money. My mother passed away on 30/08/21, and her bank blocked her accounts so we couldn't do anything. She owed 190 euros to Cdiscount, and we asked them to wait until we received the deceased capital to pay them back; they told us they couldn’t care less and that we had to pay immediately, and on top of that, they imposed late fees on us. They kept harassing us by calling our mother's cell phone to tell us to pay, and it was impossible to contact them due to very expensive premium-rate numbers, and there is no email for the recovery service; we can't even respond to the emails they send us asking for payment. In short, Cdiscount are heartless thieves and profiteers.

My recent experience (this morning)

I received a refund from CDiscount for my POTI steam cleaner (which was incorrect, to say the least)

CDiscount took care of my request, stayed in contact with me the whole time, and I was refunded

With a customer service that was friendly, cheerful, and above all, pedagogical

I am very happy with it

Ah, for the naysayers, yes I don’t forget that we are in France

I don’t work for CDiscount, I receive no commission, I am writing of my own accord

Cdiscount shirks its responsibilities when it comes to returning a product.

I ordered a bed set, mattress on Cdiscount. Only the mattress was delivered to me.

I contacted Cdiscount to return the product, but they completely evaded their responsibility. 4 inconsistent customer service representatives.

Cdiscount has put no system in place to facilitate the return of its products.

Cdiscount says it's up to the customer to sort it out and pay to return the product, and in the case of large packages, return costs remain very high.

Cdiscount is acting in bad faith and shirks its responsibilities.

Customers should be warned to take these product return parameters into account.

Cdiscount is a poor service provider, bad faith.

Not only is it very reliable, but online payment by credit card poses no problem and you are delivered very quickly.

I recommend the flash sales, you will find amazing prices, but be careful with certain products as they can be more expensive (for example, buying a PC or laptop).

It's simple, I no longer buy my ink cartridges in stores but on this site, and my GPS, as well as a robot and a bread machine, came from them.

I highly recommend it

It seems that some people work for Cdiscount. Purchase on 03/05/12, flash sale laptop, payment made by credit card... Advertisement saying "At your place on 03/07/2012" after checking the order confirmation, I find that it is blocked!.. calls to Cdiscount (incompetent) I am informed of a check on my card, and that I will need to provide my ID and a bank statement.. Calls to "Fianet" no one answers you, so voicemail; We are on 03/07, call from "Fianet" for "check"; nothing special, they ask me what I ordered; I then check my order which is unblocked: delivery: between March 16th and 20th...
The 48 hours turn into 10 or 15 days and this is all legal since the cancellation of an online purchase can only be done after 7 days from the originally scheduled delivery date.
I prefer not to leave a comment, but making a purchase of €600 and suffering without being able to act, one feels very small. It will be a long time before I use this brand again...........

I had been a customer for 10 years and until now I thought that C Discount was a serious company, but I fell from my cloud following an order of 5 products. I had a lost package and another one completely defective, and from there, hell began!! A registered letter to management, calls to customer service that cost a fortune and no solution offered; it's shameful. It’s better not to have issues with an order because if that's the case, they adopt an ostrich policy afterwards. We should all come together to take action against them because according to all the forums, many of us are very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A disgrace for French commerce and e-commerce! Believe me, my 10 years of loyalty didn't even matter!

I ordered a Galaxy Tab on 04/04/2013, paying €19.90 for express delivery to receive it the next day. I received my package only on 08/03 and I even had to go to TNT to pick it up.

I tried to contact Cdiscount and there is really a problem: no customer contact via email or through the site, the phone number 3970 is both premium rate and useless. No response to my request, neither positive nor negative, simply the company Cdiscount prefers to stay silent.

Cdiscount is a company to AVOID.

Cdiscount should be avoided. I was a customer for years and was very disappointed with the customer service.
I ordered plastic shelves. They were delivered without protection and arrived broken. Well, Cdiscount refused to take any responsibility.

The same for me following the order of a TV lost in transport. After a dozen calls to customer service (3979), I found it quite unpleasant and incompetent, with operators who recite a script all the time and don't even listen to you (except for 2 male operators who managed to help me and did so kindly). It's unacceptable to charge extra for calls for such poor service. After several purchases, this is my first problem with Cdiscount, but it has left me disgusted with the site.

it's obvious that you've never had any issues with Cdiscount, otherwise you wouldn't have said that it's reliable.

As for me, I advise going to the stores in your city or anywhere else instead of Cdiscount.

Hello, I order a lot from Cdiscount and have no problems except for delays in deliveries. On the other hand, I've had quite a few issues with the Confo brand multiple times, customer service is very slow, and with everything I've purchased from them. So Cdiscount is not worse, I trust them.

of course, there will always be people who will say no like everywhere

during my last order, there was a missing item in my package, instead of replacing the item, they gave a store credit, so you are forced to buy something else
otherwise, nothing to say
it's worth mentioning that their prices can stay the same for a long time despite their "3 hours left..." or from one week to another the price may drop or on the contrary increase

on the delivery side, great at some places you can be delivered for free (relay delivery or something like that)
on the payment side, I pay via PayPal for more security
I'll tell you to go for it!
