Hi everyone!
Reggae fans will surely find out very quickly (at least I hope so) ^^
I'm looking for a song that someone played on the guitar, reggae sound, in this song, all I can say is that he sang:
"Wayoo! Wayo yo yo"
Repeated several times, I think you even had to sing those lyrics after him, a bit like the "Popopopopopoopo" from Seven Action Army lol
Well, sorry if it's not much, but this sound is great, I would say it's Bob Marley, because I heard that sound again later... What a blast...
I hope you can point me in the right direction, thank you all!!

The magic of the Interwebs: I typed "woh yooo woh yo yo yo" into Google to find that sound I heard in a bar, and thanks to you, I'm listening to it now. Thank you!
It sounds a bit like the song Funky Reggae Party, when he says:
New wave, new craze
New wave, new craze!
New wave, new craze
New wave, new craze!
Missed it! Too bad ^^ It's true that it could have been that one, but it's like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFnh_Eq650Q
At 0.43 seconds among other things, it looks like this. ;)

Chatdegouttière, it's not that one, but the Oyoyoyo is the same, I'm looking for the original version of that famous ayoyoyo lol ^^
If anyone knows, I'm all ears...

The original you gave as an example is Punky Reggae Party by Bob Marley, and others sing to the same tune.
Actually, it's not this one, in Punky Reggae Party he sings New wave, new craze, New wave, new craze...
While there is a music that is different, he sings the same thing as in Spragga Benz - oh yeah ;)
I hope to find it...

Sorry, I don't know the "original". Good luck with your research! I'm still following your post because I want to know too! See you!
I'm going to try to keep this topic alive for as long as possible, hoping that a Reggae fan comes across it... ^^
Damn, such a good song :)

Hello everyone, I'm arriving late to the party :p
I’m just a simple internet user passing by...
But first and foremost, I’m a huge fan of reggae/roots ;)
It's the tune you're searching for because it's Bob who created it in "Punky Reggae Party",
and live he drops his "Wo yooo wo yoyoyo" (so massive!!!) to send good vibes to his audience and get them involved in the legendary sound...
I believe I heard it on War or No More Trouble ;)
So there’s Foxy Brown and Spragga Benz who put their spin on it in "Oh Yeah"
And a good French dub group Improvisators Dub who takes up this flow in "I Refuse"
My music knowledge stops there, I hope you can check out my response after all these years,
Enjoy, and if you ever have 5 minutes to "waste", you can check out my https://soundcloud.com/subnstitution
