    Hello

Did you check the manufacturer's website (Hercules), like for all the drivers?

Hi, thanks for your reply, yes but they have nothing, however I sent an email and they told me it should work just by plugging it in.. I thought there were drivers to install, but well I still don't have any sound.

These are speakers that you connect to your sound card (3.5mm jack to the light green jack at the back of the tower) or via USB?

Because speakers connected to a sound card don’t need drivers, the sound card does need them though ^^

They’re messing around with the green jack, so sound card, but how do I know which drivers I need for my card?

Based on the brand and model of your PC, if it is a branded PC or based on the specifications of the motherboard (sound cards are usually integrated), check the manufacturers' websites of the PC or the motherboard.

      How to find drivers?

It's a PC bought at Carrefour and there's no brand, well... (Power Net written on the front), the references are on the motherboard?

Power.net are PCs that were assembled by Unika.
Now they sell Acer and seem to have no technical support.

You can try https://www.touslesdrivers.com/ which should help you find the name of your sound card and download the driver

It's not yielding anything, it's gibberish to me what the computer is asking me....

You go to https://www.touslesdrivers.com/ > click on My drivers at the top > click on Start detection > Then the site will ask you to enable ActiveX control or install a plug-in, do it > then return to the detection page and Start detection > You will get a report with the drivers corresponding to your PC and your operating system.

If you don’t understand this report, copy and paste it here in a next response.
