Hello, I changed my hard drive to an SSD and when I go to the Microsoft Store to download the WhatsApp PC app, the "install" button is grayed out and a message tells me that I already have this app even though I don't have it on this SSD. However, I deleted my old computer from the Microsoft site, I tried to download the app from somewhere other than the store but when I run the setup I get a message saying "you will be redirected to the Microsoft Store," which happens, and the installation doesn't proceed. If anyone has a solution, thank you in advance.

Check on your phone if your PC is connected, open WhatsApp, then settings, then connected devices.

Check if it's not among your installed programs.

Not installed, on my old drive it was installed in windowsapps but here there isn't even a windowsapps folder on my SSD and I've checked in program and program x86 there is no whatsapp.

It's not in the program and program x 86 but in the installed applications that you need to go.

Did you clone your old disk to the SSD or did you do a clean installation of Windows?

It's not there either in the apps.
