Bonjour,

Alors voila depuis quelque jours j'ai des pages internet qui s'ouvrent toutes seules. J'ai donc passer plusieurs spyware et antivirus mais a chaque fois il en supprime et en redetecte. Si quelequ'un pouvais m'aider sa serais très sympa. J'utilise habituellement PC-Cillin Internet Security 12 comme antivirus et firewall. Bonjour,

Commence par mettre HijackThis dans son propre dossier : Par exemple C:\hijackthis\hijackthis.exe

Ensuite scanne ton pc avec ces 2 anti spywares complémentaires :

1/Spybot S&D 1.4 <<nouvelle version
http://www.safer-networking.org/fr/index.htm
Démo d’utilisation (merci à Balltrap34 pour cette réalisation)
http://pageperso.aol.fr/Balltrap34/demo%20spybot.htm

2/Ad-Aware SE 1.06 <<nouvelle version
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
-Une aide:

- installe le patch français, tu pourras le trouver ici:
http://download.lavasoft.de.edgesuite.net/public/pllangs.exe
et une petite vidéo d'utilisation ici:(merci à Moe31 pour cette réalisation)

Et vire tout ce qu'ils trouvent + vide les quarantaines.

Et enfin fais ces deux scans en ligne (avec Internet Explorer) :

Copie/colle le rapport ici
et
http://www.ewido.net/fr/download/
Tu l'installes et tu le mets à jour.
Fais un scan en mode complet.
Sauvegardes le rapport et copie le ici

Dans la foulée copie un autre log HT avec.

Merci d'avoir repondu aussi vite.

Pendant les scans j'en profite pour preciser que Pc-cillin est à la fois mon parefeu et mon antivirus.

OK, je ne connais pas les performances de Pc-Cillin mais on va dire qu'au moins tu as un parefeu !

Bon voila j'ai fait tous les scans que tu m'as conseillé. Spybot et ad-aware n'onr rien detecter.

Bonjour,

Il faut fixer une ligne dans HijackThis.
Le fichier changeant de nom à chaque connexion, il faudra que tu fixes la ligne 020 de ton rapport HijackThis, qui aujourd'hui se nomme :
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Installer - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnntbbu.dll

Fais le, déconnecté du net (enlève le cable) et avec le tea timer de spybot désactivé.

Télécharge d'abord CleanUp40.exe (en plus tu pourras continuer de l'utiliser pour nettoyer ton pc à l'avenir)

Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Désactive ta restauration système (si tu es sous XP):
Clic droit sur poste de travail puis,
propriété, tu cliques sur onglet restauration système
tu coches la case « désactiver la restauration » et applique
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage

Coche « afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés »

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décoche « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer !

¤Vide tes fichiers temps et tempory internet file avec CleanUp40

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
¤Relance HijackThis, coche la case devant cette ligne et ensuite clique sur fix checked :

O20 - Winlogon Notify: Installer - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsnntbbu.dll

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

> Tu vides ta poubelle et tu redémarres en mode normal et refait un HijackThis

J'ai fait tout ce que tu m'as conseiller. Le probleme étant que même en utilisant Hijackthis en mode sans échec et avec la restauration du systeme desactiver il reviens. Evidemment impossible d'interrompre le processus winlogon meme en mode sans echec. Je te remet donc un scan Hijackthis :

1/ Télécharge: Pocket Killbox ici
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe

7/Double clic sur killbox.exe (Pocket Killbox)

- coche: delete on reboot
- Dans "Full Path of File to Delete"
copie et colle:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\kt4ol7h31.dll
(ou tout autre nom de dll que prendra le fichier en ligne 020)

- clique sur la croix rouge
- une fenêtre va apparaître pour confirmation clique sur YES
- une seconde fenêtre te demande si tu veux redémarrer clique sur YES

Laisse le pc redémarrer.
Et après reposte un log HijackThis.

Je pense que dans le pire des cas j'attendrai se soir qu'on puisse m'emmener acheter viguard puis je formaterais. Je mettrais par mesure de securité Avast (j'ai lu dans les autres post qu'il était très performant). Merci encore une fois.

Désolée de ne pas comprendre ce que tu me dis !
La ligne 010 a disparu et ton log HT est propre, comme neuf !

Ce n'est pas la peine que tu reformates !! Ca voudra en plus dire que nous avons tous les deux perdus notre temps... mais ton pc est clean maintenant, donc on a fait du bon boulot !

Et enfin, deux petits conseils :

- Installe Avast que tu voulais installer et c'est une bonne idée !

J'ai moi-même désinstallé Norton, car c'est une vraie passoire à virus et Avast est vraiment très bien et gratuit en plus !

- Installe un pare-feu (super important !) http://download.zonelabs.com/bin/free/fr/download/comparison.html

Il faut désactiver ton firewall Windows XP. Tu fais la chose suivante :
clique sur le bouton Démarrer, sur Paramètres, puis double clique sur Connexion Réseau. Sélectionne ta connexion puis clique dessus avec le bouton droit de la souris. Choisis la commande Propriétés. Dans l'onglet Avancé, décoche la case Protéger mon ordinateur et le réseau... Valide par OK.
il faut configurer ton ZoneAlarm.

Pour configurer les programmes qui peuvent avoir accès à internet, ouvre ZoneAlarm, va dans "contrôle des programmes" clique sur l'onglet programme. Tu vas voir tous tes programmes. Quand tu cliques dans les colonnes "accès" et "serveur" tu as la possibilité d'autoriser de bloquer ou de demander.

J'ai cherché, cherché et je crois que j'ai trouvé !
(et tu as raison, faute de frappe, il s'agit bien de la ligne 020)

Télécharge Procexp http://www.sysinternals.com/files/procexpnt.zip
Dézippe dans un dossier dédié et crée un raccourci sur le bureau.

Démarre en mode sans échec, lance HijackThis et repère la ligne O20 et la DLL ou le fichier (peut-être aussi .dat ou autre) qui est affichée
Quitte HJT.

Lance Procexp.
Double clique sur "winlogon.exe" dans la liste des process pour faire apparaitre la fenêtre des propriété de celui ci. Sélectionne l'onglet "Threads" puis sélectionne le fichier listé en O20 et ses anagrammes (par exemple crbas) un par un et clique sur "kill".
Ensuite, double clique sur "explorer.exe" dans la liste des process pour faire apparaitre la fenêtre des propriétés de celui ci. Selectionne l'onglet "Threads" puis sélectionne le fichier listé en O20 et ses anagrammes (exemple crbas) un par un et cliquer sur "kill".
Ferme Process Explorer.

Démarre Hijackthis, Scan et coche la ligne:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: xxxx - etc.

Ferme toutes les fenêtres tous les programmes puis Fix checked.

Lance CleanUp.

Démarre normalement et poste un nouveau rapport pour vérification.

J'ai trouvé une autre manip, qui a l'air plus simple et efficace.

LM2Fix

regarde ici pour exemple comment il est utilisé

Comment ça se passe :

- Après avoir téléchargé le LM2Fix>>exécuter : normalement un dossier sera crée sur le Bureau sinon l'y envoyer
- Fermer TOUS les programmes (via le systray, essentiellement ceux de Sécurité)
- Ouvrir ce dossier et double-clic sur : l2mfix.bat qui ouvre 1 fichier en ligne de commande, lire les instructions (run find log, run fix, etc...)
- appuie sur n'importe quelle touche et la fenêtre va devenir verte
- derrière le petit curseur clignotant rouge taper : 1 > et touche "Entrée" >> après qq secondes, le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir avec un rapport/texte (parfois très long)
- ne rien faire de plus et copier/coller ce rapport ici

Une fois le rapport txt analysé, il faudra à nouveau se déconnecter, fermer absolument tout les programmes de sécurité types A-V, A-Spys, si protection résidente, type tea-timer de Spybot, Anti-ActivX, type SpywareBlaster>disable, etc...

- Re-lancer le l2mfix.bat avec cette fois l'option : 2
- Il va te demander de presser une touche pour redémarrer
- Ne plus toucher à rien, jusqu'au retour automatique sur le Bureau et l'ouverture à nouveau du bloc-notes avec un nouveau log txt.2

* Relancer Hijack copier/coller le nouveau rapport ainsi que le log.2 de l2mfix.bat

NB :
Il est possible que tu doives redémarrer une fois de plus pour pouvoir faire les 2 rapports, donc ne pas oublier par prudence sur le l2mfix.bat.2 >>>Ctrl et A & CTRL et V (bloc-notes) et copier/coller une 2ème fois le rapport l2mfix.bat.2 + le nommer, etc...

Comme ton log est clean, il faut que je fasse des recherches et que je décortique ce que tu m'as envoyé.

Déjà, positivons, nous avons supprimé la ligne 020 !

Là, je crois que je suis arrivée aux miennes...
Surtout que ton log HT est sain !

J'espère que quelqu'un d'autre va venir à ton secours, car je sèche vraiment !

Edit : Aparemment le spyware look2me doit etre la cause je viens de telecharger un utilitaire de desinfection specifique a ce virus je vais voir ce que sa va donner
