Hello,
I have a small issue with Outlook 2007. After being granted access to a user's mailbox, for example, user A, I would like to display their mailbox in my list, kind of like what we have in the People Folder (Kakashi's mailbox, Inbox, and so on).
Actually, to display the contents of user A's mailbox, I have to go to File > Open > Other User's Folder > type in the user's name, and then it appears. This process is quite lengthy; is there a way to correct this issue? Thank you in advance, and please feel free to ask for any further clarification.
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,
Did the owner of the box properly name the person as a delegate?
This means that he should not normally share his box, but name the delegate via the Tools menu, Options, Delegates tab, and then grant permissions to his delegate.
