bon deja telecharge avast ( un antivirus ) deconnecte toi d'internet , supprime norton et installe avast, ( redémmare si besoin est ( si l'antivirus te le demande a la fin de l'installation ) et coinnecte toi a internet et met a jour les bases antivirus et deconnecte toi d'internet puis enfin fait un scan complet de ta machine.

oui l solution que je propose est radicale mais tres efficace! --> vire et oublie norton definitivement car c'est une vraie passoire a virus

J'ai par ailleur un blème avec norton qui ne veut pas s'uptader (LU1862)...si tu connais la solution elle sera la bien venue !
