Question

Hello, What to do? Every time I use my PC, an error window opens: net framework 4.0.30319, I'm fed up with it, please help me fix it!!!!   Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.6

Hi Nika, I recommend uninstalling it because I had the same problem as many others, I think. In my opinion, it's bugged. If you want to know how to uninstall it, follow this guide:
In Firefox, go to Tools and open Add-ons, a window will open, then go to Extensions, click on .NET Framework and then on Uninstall.

I have the version net framework 4 0 30319
To install framework 3.5
you need to enable the option "turn Windows features on or off" in the control panel

The process is simple:
Start button
Control Panel
Programs
Programs and Features
Turn Windows features on or off
Then check the right boxes for the framework

Like many, I have this issue with initializing the .NET FRAMEWORK.

The following window opens at least 2 times after starting my computer.

Good evening,

Currently, the .NET framework 4.0 works without issues alongside version 3.5 SP1, at least when it was released.

However, to this day, it still contains errors with the 64Bit version of Windows 7.

It is therefore advised to keep an eye on Windows 7 updates while awaiting a fix.

(For your information, do not disable the .NET Framework as you will no longer be able to use certain applications or install others;)

I also had an error message after installing .NET Framework 4
I uninstalled it, way too many problems with this version.
To start, I disabled automatic updates to better control them.
To revert to my old configuration, I had to go to the Control Panel, select (Recovery), then choose (Open System Restore), go to (Search for affected programs), see (Choose a different restore point)
go back to .NET Framework 4, and restore it. The error display disappeared and my old version was reinstalled.

Uninstall all versions of Netframework using the specific Krosoft utility, then reinstall all versions of "Netframework" as explained in "method 4", EXCEPT NETFRAMEWORK 4.

In addition to the uninstaller, also use everything that can be done through "add or remove programs" in the control panel.

So reinstall all versions in the order suggested by Krosoft, according to method 4, except for Netframework 4 and its "updates", as everything is severely bugged in this version.
Check the boxes in WU "do not offer me this update anymore" regarding anything related to Netframework 4.

I won't bore you with the numerous experiences that led me to this conclusion, with two examples, the resetting of WU (MicrosoftFixit50202.msi), the best being a generic response from Bacou like a standard email from Krosoft WU support.

And we'll see in 6 months or a year. A little joke, in the "method 4" for repairing Netframework, Krosoft conveniently forgets to mention that you need to reinstall Netframework 4.

In general conclusion:
Currently steering clear of Netframework 4 is the only solution to the problems, and spending energy to get out of this mess in the long term if you've been stuck with it.

Good evening, personally, I've been searching for two days for why IE9 64 is lagging, and why I could no longer connect to Windows Live on the MSN page. The solution? A system restore to a point before this month's updates. Now, no more issues! Then I re-applied the updates while removing Framework 4. My PC has regained normal operating speed and no more problems with IE9 and Windows Live! It's crap, get rid of it!
