How to get to riverwood in pokemon diamond

Hi,
I'm stuck...
I would like to get unstuck, I've beaten the champion of Frimapic, I went to see Team Galaxy and I freed the 3 Pokémon from the lake...
I don't know what to do next, could you help me???

    Go to Mount Coronet and defeat Team Galactic (you will need climbing and strength) and then go to the Distortion World where you will find Giratina, and the passage to reach Rivamar will be unlocked.

    You beat Team Galaxy
    You catch Dialga or kill it then you're good to go
    to the lighthouse you talk to the guy who's looking through the binoculars

    IN RESPONSE TO HUGO:
    does the person blocking you tell you that there is a power outage in Rivamar? If so, go to Verchamps and talk to the guy from Team Galaxy in front of the Grand Marais. Follow him to the end and you should normally arrive at the Lake Courage, where a blonde girl will give you a secret potion that you will use on the Psyduck north of Bonville.
