Search song 85-95: Chorus "Oh la la"

Hello,

I'm losing it... I'm looking for a song with the chorus "Oh la la" or something like that. It's Soul or RnB style, late 80s, early 90s.

In the music video, there was a Black singer and a white musician with long curly hair, Caribbean and Cuban vibe. They walk through streets with yellow walls and encounter girls in short skirts (Caribbean style :))

The singer sings in English and has a very smooth voice; I believe he addresses a girl in the song with "My Baby"...

It's a summer hit, so...
