The Sims 3 - Get SimPoints

Hello,
It says on their box that with the purchase of the games The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 World Adventures, you get the equivalent of €12 in SimPoints for free if you register your game online on the site. I registered both my games, but my account still shows 0 SimPoints; do you know how to get them?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello,
    yes, it's very simple, I have The Sims myself =) and you just need to go to the official site where you registered your games, then go to MY PAGE at the top of the site and simply click on the big orange button GET YOUR SIMPOINTS

      Indeed, it worked, thank you very much, but is it normal that with two games I only get 1000 SimPoints?

      I don't really know, just click on get your Sims points, then you can always buy Sims Points online via PayPal if you find that you don't have many points.

      You go to the site: https://fr.thesims3.com/ you log in and then go to MY PAGE and you have your personal image and below your personal image (often represented by a sim) you have the famous orange button on white GET YOUR SIMS POINTS :-) there you go =D.

    Everything is fine, I redid "get my SimPoints" a second time and I received my 2000 SimPoints.

      First, you need to be registered on The Sims 3 (on their site, it will say "register")
      if you are already registered, go to the site, log into your account, then click on MY PAGE at the top, then click on MY ACCOUNT and then click on REGISTER MY GAME.
      and there you enter the code that is usually provided with your game when you purchase it (on a piece of paper in the game case)!
      your game will finally be registered!!!
