Problème dans win 32 trojan qui peux m'aider

Bonjour,   

J'ai un gros problème dans le win 32 je suis infecté par des virus et trojan que dois je faire  
merci de votre aide j'ai telecharger pas mal de logiciel des anti spyware et mon antivirus me detecte la même chose mais ne veux pas me l'ai supprimer pourquoi ?

&#9830; Relance ZHPDiag et relance un scan, un fois le scan fini clique sur le bouclier vert ZHPFix.
&#9830; Ensuite clique sur le H "Coller les lignes Helper"
&#9830; Copie colle ces lignes dans la fenêtre

&#9830; Clique pour commencer sur Mise à jour et ensuite sur Rechercher des mises à jour
&#9830; Coche "Exécuter un examen complet"
&#9830; Si tu es en présence d'une infection à la fin de l'examen clique sur "ok"
&#9830; Clique sur Supprimer la sélection
&#9830; Pour poster le rapport Clique sur l'onglet Rapports/Logs, sélectionne celui t'intéresse et clique sur Ouvrir
&#9830; Fait copier coller et poste le rapport

* Laisse travailler l'outil.

* Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

* Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Suppression

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe......) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

(1) Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau

(2) Choisi l option 2 ( Suppression )

Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

       &#9830; Double-clique sur l'icône pour le lancer. Assure toi que toutes les autres fenêtres de Windows soient fermées et de le laisser travailler.
       &#9830; Lorsque la fenêtre apparaît, cochez Rapport minimal sous Rapport en haut de la fenêtre.
       &#9830; Coche les cases Recherche Lop et Recherche purity. en bas de la fenêtre:

      &#9830;Clique sur le bouton Analyse. Ne chance aucun paramètre si on ne te l'a pas demandé. L'analyse prendra peu de temps.
       &#9830; Une fois l'analyse terminée, cela ouvrira deux fenêtres du Bloc-notes Windows : OTL.txt et Extras.txt. Ils sont sauvegardés au même endroit que OtL.
       &#9830; Copie/colle (Éditer -> Sélectionner Tout, Éditer -> Copier) le contenu des deux fichiers ici, un par message stp.

Relance malwarebytes mais avant de lancer le scan fait une mise à jour.
Ensuite scan ton PC est envoie le rapport.

Fait ce qui suit pour vérification :
&#9674;&#9674;&#9674; Fait un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky &#9674;&#9674;&#9674;
   
&#9830; Une fois la fenêtre du scanner en ligne ouverte :
&#9830; Prendre connaissance de ce qui est indiqué dans la partie "information" et clique sur "j'accepte".
(Si tu es sur IE, on va te demander de télécharger un contrôle Active X, accepte)
 
&#9830;   Le "téléchargement et la mise à jour du programme" se lance .
 
&#9830; Ensuite la "mise à jour de la base de données" se fait, patiente jusqu'à ce que se soit fini ( ceci peut-être relativement long ).
 
&#9830; Une fois fini, le scanner est prêt.

bonsoir , je viens de supprimer le logiciel .. bizarre qu'il soit identifier suspect mais tampis .. 
Bah niveau virus sa a l'air de bien se derouler et je vous remercie bien ;) sinon j'ai encore quelque problèmes lorsque je redemarre mon pc a chaque redemarrage j'ai genre le theme xp pas moyen de garder vista sa ne marche pas a chaque je suis obligé d'aller recherche themes vista et d'appliquer !

fait ce qui suit pour scan stp 

Bonjour,    

Je vais te guider pour vérifier cela,   

Pour commencer  :   

&#9674;&#9674;TéléchargeDDS de sUBs DDS de sUBs sur ton Bureau.  

L'outil ne nécessite pas d'installation.   

 	&#9830; Lance-le en cliquant sur l'icône dds.scr   
 	&#9830; Le scan ne doit pas dépasser trois minutes.   
 	&#9830; Un premier rapport va s'ouvrir que tu enregistreras sous DDS.txt par défaut sur le bureau.   
 	&#9830; Il te sera demandé si tu veux faire le scan optionnel.   
 	&#9830; Accepte par Oui   
 	&#9830; Un nouveau rapport s'ouvre que tu enregistres sous Attach.txt sur le bureau.   
 	&#9830; Tu ne le fourniras que si nécessaire.   
 	&#9830; Poste le rapport DDS.txt   

Ensuite    


 &#9674;&#9674; Télécharge Hijackthis (de Trend Micro) sur ton Bureau.  


   	&#9830; Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer l'installation.   
    	&#9830; Clique sur Install.   
        &#9830; Double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis qui vient d'être créé pour le lancer. (Clique droit -> lancer en tant qu'admin si sous Vista)   
     	&#9830; Accepte la licence en cliquant sur Yes.   
    	&#9830; Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.   
    	&#9830; Poste ici le rapport généré.   


Note : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Hijackthis\Hijackthis.log

Relance HijackThis et clique sur "Do a system scan only"
Ensuite recherche ces lignes et coches les cases 

 O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\Windows\system32\dpx32.dll,C:\Windows\system32\eapp3hst32.dll,C:\Windows\system32\FirewallAPI32.dll,C:\Windows\system32\hbaapi32.dll,C:\Windows\system32\icardres32.dll,C:\Windows\system32\drmmgrtn32.dll,C:\Windows\system32\EhStorPwd  


Une fois coché, ferme toutes les fenêtres et applications et clique sur "Fix checked" 


Ensuite 

&#9674;&#9674;&#9674;Télécharge OTM (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau,&#9674;&#9674;&#9674;
&#9830; Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour lancer le programme,
&#9830; Copie la liste de fichiers ou de dossiers ci-dessous et colle-la dans la fenêtre du programme "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved" :

  &#9830; Clique sur Exit pour fermer le programme.
  &#9830; Poste le rapport qui est situé ici : C:\\_OTM\MovedFiles
  &#9830; Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC. Dans ce cas, clique sur Yes.
