Hello,
I have a problem when I want to call a person that I have on unlimited (plan) it doesn't work
For example: I call my aunt, I go to contacts, I select her, I press the green button (which is for calling), it shows me the number then calling xxxxx (xxxx is the name) and then it immediately says disconnected. What should I do?
P.S.: My operator is SFR, my plan (blocked) includes 3 unlimited numbers + unlimited SMS to all operators 24/24 + access to MTV channels (so MTV series)

Coverage issue? Check in the settings if you are not blocking certain numbers. If it only concerns your unlimited plan, it’s time to contact SFR, or better yet, go to a store to see what’s wrong.
I have the same offer as you with Orange, and I don’t have this kind of problem with my E71.
