Problem with calls on my Nokia C2-05

Hello,

I have a big problem with calls on my Nokia C2-05. This has been going on for over 10 days now. I can't hear the people who are talking to me during calls, and when I call someone, I don't hear the dial tone.

Do you have a solution for this problem, please?

Generally, an issue like this is an internal speaker problem. Don't you have a volume setting during calls? That is to say, when you call, you should slide from the bottom to the top to increase and from the top to the bottom to decrease, according to the manual. Does the speaker work?

I have already restarted my phone, it still doesn't work, the sound is at maximum during calls. And the speaker (not the internal one) works very well.

So in my opinion, it's the internal speaker that is out of order...
Also check your profiles in the settings.

I lean towards a phone defect.
