Hi,

it's the scroll stop.
the button is located to the right of the print screen button.

P.S.: you're not really in the right forum! the Hardware forum would have been a better choice.

The Scroll Lock key is present on most keyboards, usually located near the Print Screen and Pause keys. It toggles the indicator of the same name (two states: on or off). Since it is rarely used by programs, it tends to be hidden on keyboards (often combined with other keys). It was previously used to stop the scrolling of text lines on the screen so that the user could read them. On Linux, it blocks input and output of virtual terminals.

To activate (or deactivate) it, simply press the "Scroll Lock" key.
