Yop: The FN+F12 only works on certain keyboards. However, the on-screen keyboard works on all versions of Windows from XP to at least W7.

I confirm that on a DELL laptop, you need to use the Fn + F3 key (which is the one with a padlock symbol) ! :)

Hello, it wasn't the solution for me (Logitech MK300 wireless keyboard), but a good search idea.

On my keyboard, it's the fn key + the Pause/Break key (down arrow in a blue square).

Thanks anyway to all the participants who put me on the right track, because I was out of ideas.
