Problem with the Samsung BD P1600 Blu-ray player
update failed, we turned it off, now stuck on load
help me with a new update or a reset

    Hello,

    You have no choice, do a reset; and even then, I'm not sure it's going to work; you may have to get it replaced. You should never interrupt the update of these devices.

    Same problem, stuck on load without having done an update. It's frustrating for a player that has only been used 3 or 4 times.
    Samsung's customer service is asking for €40 for the estimate..... I don't know about you, but for me, it's goodbye Samsung.
