Hello,
I just tested playing a Blu-ray at a friend's place on her Freebox V6. It's the first Blu-ray to go into her box, so there’s no history.
It's Avatar Extended Version and apparently the Freebox can't read it. She gets the following message: "This application requires more memory in your local storage....blah blah blah.... Needs 4MB and only 0KB available."
The issue is that she has space to spare since apart from one episode of a series I couldn't find anything big on the disk...
And she is properly connected via HDMI...
So do you have any ideas? Thank you for shedding some light so we can have a Blu-ray night tomorrow night ^^

Hello, same problem but it starts anyway, the first time it's longer. However, no problem on PS3!
Check out the FREENEWS and ADUF forums, you can keep up with the news from Free users there. According to what I've read, a software update for the boxes was required. There is a procedure in the ADSL box front menu (where the time is) and in the TV box settings menu all the way to the left. I just unplug and plug back in the power supplies behind. I heard that the release during the Avatar and Star Wars holidays caused many playback issues, including with home Blu-ray players (I won't even mention the one who bought an off-brand!). Anyway, I was able to watch Avatar and it's simply stunning!
Cheers

Hello, this is what I wrote some time ago and unfortunately it is still relevant.
