Hello,

I have recently come across this site: GROSSISTE-EN-LIGNE.COM and I would like to place an order there. But I am afraid it might just be a simple scam! That's why I would like your opinion, have you ever ordered from this site?

    Hello,
    If we search for the address on their site we end up HERE, which is unrelated to Grossiste-en-ligne but rather a container company.
    Certain rules must be followed before ordering from a website:
    1- Check if there are any reviews available online.
    2- Verify at the bottom of the page if the MANDATORY legal notices are present, see THIS PAGE.
    Simple rule: NO LEGAL NOTICES, DO NOT ORDER.
    3- Check if a postal address is provided along with a phone number and email to contact the site in case of problems.
    4- If a postal address is indicated, verify if this address exists on https://www.google.com/maps/
    5- Go to this site and enter the homepage address of the site you want to order from to check its location and age.
    6- When ordering from a foreign site, recourse in case of problems is often impossible.
    7- Very low prices are a sign of counterfeit of very poor quality and sometimes fraud (you never receive the items).

    Hello,
    I recommend that you do not use this site; I returned an order at my own expense immediately while following the conditions, and they are refusing to refund me!!! It’s a scam.

    I have ordered several times and I've never had a problem personally. Regarding returns, it is clearly stated that they do not accept them unless there is a defect. You just need to read the conditions before clicking on "I have read".

      I'm sorry, but when I sent an email, they clearly stated that I could return it, so I paid for the return out of my own pocket and I've never received a refund!
      Moreover, the quality of the clothes is just horrible! I understand the prices now!

    I ordered from them and received my order very quickly; however, the clothes fit extremely small.
    I ordered an XL size that doesn't even fit my daughter who usually wears a size S....
    Also, the item arrived with a faulty zipper (if I have it replaced, it will cost me more than the vest itself)
    I am desperately trying to contact the seller by email, via Facebook, and by phone....but I have received no news from them....

    I also order from them.. the first time they made a mistake with an item and did nothing to change my item, and right now they haven't sent the invoice for my order, which means my package is stuck in customs. It's always the same with them and there’s no positive feedback.. which is really starting to seriously annoy me.

    Their delivery service is terrible. At first, I was informed that my address was untraceable. ??? Then, they offered me a pickup point, but changed the pickup point without notifying me. No message either to tell me the tracking number. I had to call three times (to a number they hadn't provided) before they finally found me in their system... Terrible, I'm telling you.

        You are searching incorrectly, take a look at this page if you are looking for the name and address in Google you will find this page where their phone number is located.

    So check if the seller has a website or contact them for more information.

    Scam site!!! I made a return because the quality of the sweatshirt was horrible, and I never received a refund! Of course, they no longer reply to my messages!!! ????????????????????????????????

    I am a professional and I tried to work with them, never again, poor quality of some articles, too much perceived never refunded and they do not respond to the problems encountered.

    Now there is also a delivery problem with GLS that they know perfectly well and they completely don’t care !!!

    That's a lot of negative points, there are other very serious suppliers!

    Hello, I should have checked before ordering. I am extremely disappointed. Poor quality, very thin and synthetic fabrics, even the long coat fit in the small package with a blazer, two sweaters, and a blouse. I do not recommend you because returns are not possible.
