Installation du service pack

a chaque fois que j'éteins mon ordi il fait la configuration des mises à jour et quand je l'allume il lance l'installation su service pack : étape 3 sur 3 mais reste à 0% pendant 3 heures . Je ne sais pas comment annuler cette mise a jour et cette installation.
