Hello,
how can I disable this message because I want to delete several videos that are useless but I need the trustedinstaller authorization. I have tried several manipulations but the same problem persists, thank you for your help.

You need to be an Administrator Right-click on the folder or file in question Click on Properties Click on the Security tab Click on Advanced You will see: Owner: TrustedInstaller Click on Change Click on Advanced... Click on Find Now and double-click on Administrators (be careful there’s an s) Click OK Click Apply Click OK until you close all the dialog boxes Right-click again, Properties Click on the Security tab Advanced Click on Change Permissions Double-click on Administrators (YourPC\Administrators) Check Full Control and click OK and there you have control of the file or folder

Disable TrustedInstaller

Click the Start button. In the Search programs and files box, type services.msc

The Windows services window will open. Now look for the Windows Modules Installer service.

Double-click on it, you should see the path:
C:\Windows\servicing\TrustedInstaller.exe.
Disable it.

Delete a folder You need permission..

Still as an administrator, you need to grant yourself usage rights on a folder.

Right-click on the folder in question, properties.
In the Security tab, click on Advanced. Then, in the Owner tab, click on Change and give yourself the rights.
Now, in the initial Security tab, click on the Change button and give yourself full control.
You should be able to delete the directory in question.

Otherwise, I recommend the software Unlocker that can delete any folder/file anywhere by bypassing permissions. It can even delete files used by a software. Regards.

PS: if you come across tutorials that instruct you to disable the TrustedInstaller service, make sure to set the startup type back to automatic.
Otherwise, you risk having issues with Windows updates.
