How to remove TRUSTED INSTALLER

Hello,
When I try to delete certain programs, I'm told that I'm not the administrator, so I can't delete or move certain programs.
For example, I do a search to detect duplicates on my computer, and when I try to move or delete the duplicates, I get a message saying that I'm not the administrator and that I need to request permission from the trusted installer.
What's going on? How can I correct this situation?
Thank you very much in advance for your time and patience.

Hello,
TrustedInstaller belongs to Windows, it is legitimate.
I advise against deleting resources or anything protected by TrustedInstaller since it protects, among other things, essential files for Windows.
If you still want to take control of protected files, you need to manipulate the NTFS permissions and change the owner of the file as well as its rights in the security options of the concerned file.
Best regards
