Hello Sir/Madam,
I have a huge problem with my quotation/invoicing software Ciel.
It no longer wants to send either emails or quotes by email, it doesn’t respond and it crashes violently.
I’ve tried everything, even exporting to PDF on the computer and sending it afterwards via Outlook, but even there it won’t cooperate.
Is there anyone who has already encountered this problem, because I have many quotes to send and I am very worried.

There are certain software programs that if they're not updated they cause problems, the only solution is to try to update them. -
It's true, you're right, but the problem is that I don't have a contract with Ciel, and I believe that with them it's not possible without paying.
On the other hand, perhaps by launching the installation CD, it could fix these errors and update it.
I'm maybe saying something stupid, but I'm trying by every means to repair the error before calling customer service.

No, we are professionals, and we bought it from Ciel. But on the other hand, I didn’t want to renew the maintenance contract because I wasn’t satisfied with their customer service.
I’m going to check their site, I haven’t done it yet because I’m so busy dealing with these sending problems since this afternoon.
And in addition, it always happens at the most important moment that everything starts to crash... -

Yes, I solved my problem; it was a bad writing character in the body of the quote. I checked all the accounting lines and modified one that didn’t seem normal, and the quote could be sent correctly by email. In any case, I thank you for your responses and your help; it’s very kind of you.

Honestly I hadn’t thought about updating, maybe that’s where it comes from.
But there’s something that isn’t right, why is it happening all of a sudden?
Do you think the fact that it hasn’t been updated makes it make such errors?
