Hello,

I just installed Ciel multi quotes building and I can't retrieve my data that is in Ciel building even though there is a function to perform this operation. Thank you in advance to everyone who will help me...

Can someone help me? I'm using Ciel multi quotes for construction, and I made a mistake while trying to change a font. Now it has changed the font of my table, and the amount excluding tax and including tax are all different.

Hello,

I have had this software for a short time, but I made a mistake from the start, maybe someone can help me???

I created my quotes, invoicing, basically all my files, on the trial company side.
Since I have Batiprix, I have this library on the trial company side. I would now like to redo my company, but the problem is that I can't import the library into my company (is everyone following me??? lol).

Of course, the sales reps at Ciel are telling me to buy a new version or an update, or to pay 55 euros for a support call. Anyway, that's a no for me, I know it's just a manipulation that I can't seem to find, I'm not going to pay for that again.

So thank you in advance to anyone who can respond, otherwise everything else is fine, and I can even help if needed.

Beyond your technical issues, you highlight the problem with companies like Ciel, EBP, and others: cheap product, but mandatory paid subscription for the slightest question.

Others are trying a less "money-grabbing" approach (the word is too strong, I admit!). Check out the BatiFree Devis software, a simple tool that, at first glance, seems to meet the demands expressed here. Enough of the controversy: https://www.batifree.com/index.php

Well, I have a big problem, I really don't see how to create my invoice template for example, in the report generator I don't see anything, compared to Ciel Gestion which is simple, the report generator of Ciel Multi Estimates is not straightforward.

It depends on which version you want to retrieve, because if it is too old, you will need to go through an intermediate version.

Hello,

I saw that you answered a question about the multi-quote software for construction projects. I have some issues with this software that I just installed and can't resolve:
- In the footer of the project, at the end of a situation, there are two lines of total that I would like to remove, and I don’t even know if it’s possible.
- Still in the footer of the situations, there are two columns with amounts and euros; I would like to know if we can delete one of the two.

Hello,
I don't know why I received your request, I believe it was an error regarding 'stema89'.
Nevertheless, I have also skated while learning Multidevis (and I continue to do so). So here is how to create a new article in a new family:
For this, I opened my library, and if it wasn't open, I opened the 'folders' pane using the button at the top right of my icon line.
By right-clicking on the folder in which I wanted to create a subfolder, I chose 'Add in', and I selected a name.
After creating my directory, I selected it. Then, I created an article (create button at the top left in the icon line), and that's it.

Note: it is still possible to 'change family' by right-clicking on the article. A 'browser' then opens, allowing you to place the article where you want.
Note 2: it's important to have prepared your article coding well, as they will be automatically sorted in ascending or descending order (double-click on the column header) alphanumerically in the root family if you make your choices by this display mode.

NOTE TO THE WELL-HEELED:
Creating a good library is a very long operation, and sharing this work could be interesting to leverage it!

I have also had this software for a short time and I would like to know if it is possible to modify the phase number at the start of my estimate so that it aligns with the phase numbers in the specifications of the tenders I am handling. For example, starting with phase n°3 and continuing with sub-phases 3.1, 3.2, etc...

Thank you for your response. This software does indeed seem interesting, especially since I've also found in the community that they plan to use Google Calendar, which should allow for shared scheduling. Managing a construction site with multiple trades becomes quite appealing.
The community aspect is also interesting.
