sur mon lieu de travail ma photocopieuse alicio me fait des copies a 90 pour cent j'ai bidouillé dans les menus en essayant A4 A5etc mais toujours le meme résultat je n'ai aucune notice et je ne sais pas pourquoi le rouleau ne va pas jusqu'au bout il s'arrete aussi avant la fin si qqn peut m'aider ce serait sympa car j attends un technicien ricoh mais si je peux règler le pb moi meme ce serait génial MERCI
