Scratch on a mobile plastic

Hello,
I recently bought an ASUS laptop 15 days ago. The problem is that the plastic bezel of the LCD screen is already scratched. These are light scratches caused by fingerprints. They are very faint, but they are there!! I would like to remove them without making things worse; I have already rubbed it with cotton and with the cloth provided with the laptop, but nothing works!!.. I believe that this plastic is fragile—too fragile for my taste... I thought ASUS was of better quality!!!!

Packard Bell laptops contain bad hardware... PB is the worst laptop brand there is (along with Acer and the like)... I've seen several PBs and I've had one, so I'm speaking from experience (I'm a computer technician), in mine, the laptop got so hot that it was impossible to hold it in your hands without burning yourself... there was a fan that worked, indeed, but the heat dissipation was not done properly.
The motherboard eventually fried, and when I took it apart, I was horrified (and I mean horrified) to see that the plastic of the hard drive had partly melted... that suggests the temperature that prevailed in the PC.
Asus laptops have flaws too, like everything, they are not perfect... but the internal components of the laptops are of good quality and the heat dissipation is well designed. They are robust PCs like Toshiba (the brand of my laptop), Dell, MSI...
Also, know that the leading cause of a computer failure is located between the keyboard and the chair... it may sound childish, but it's the truth... before blaming Asus for being a bad manufacturer, you should first reflect on yourself...
And before insulting others, I would like to remind you that it's you who has a problem, not me.
