Message boot up your computer is infected

j'ai suivis les instructions pour utiliser smitfraud ... mais en redémarrage j'ai toujours le panneau rouge avec your computer is infected et qui m'envoies sur le site de trendnet antivirus. j'ai refais le recherche et voici le rapport
