Hello,
I have an issue with a video file that I extracted from several compressed files, which remains invisible while still taking up 1GB on my PC. I tried to display hidden files, etc., but it stayed invisible. Now I would like to start the safe mode to see if the file appears, but I don't know how to do that on this PC (an HP with Windows 7 that I've had for not long), does anyone know how to do it?
Thank you in advance for any response

Check out this tutorial: Starting in safe mode on Windows
If you can't do it using the traditional method (F8), try the alternative method.
