How to find a file path

Hello,
to paste a folder, I need to find a program with a specified path; how can I find this path? I am really a beginner;

      Thank you, and let me explain
      I just updated my FinePix A 610 camera (5.5) as well as the help folder update.
      In my documents, and also on my desktop, I have the help folder and on the desktop, the FinePixViewer folder.

      Fujifilm advises me to copy/paste by directing me to the 30000 folder. (Access path C:\ProgramFiles\FinepixViewer\Resource\Services\30000)

      To right-click and paste in the 30000 folder.

      This is the folder I can’t find. How can I access this path? And how can I locate this folder?
